The Board of Directors meets 5 times per year, on the second Thursday of odd months, at the clubhouse.   All residents are invited to attend board meetings.  Please submit agenda items beforehand by emailing the Community Manager. 

 

The Board of Directors consists of five residents elected to staggered 3-year terms. Elections occur at our annual meeting in November.  Any BPA member interested in serving as a director should submit a candidate form and biography to the property manager during September of the election year.
