Biltmore Farms plans to build 12 new townhomes in the Town Square adjacent to the existing townhomes and parking deck, behind Brixx and Cold Stone Creamery.  This new development was part of the original city-approved plan for the Town Square.  There will be an information meeting on July 12, 5-7pm, in the Mitchell Room at the Hilton if you're interested in learning more about the site plan.
