Architectural Control Committee
Reviews and approves modifications to private lots and homes.
Enforces the covenants of our deed-restricted community (via management company).

We try to host a social event every month. This depends on interested hosts from the neighborhood, so please step forward with your ideas.

Landscape Committee - Gary Curran
Guide the maintenance and improvements of our common areas and parks.
We are looking for members with experience or interest in landscape design.
Pool and Clubhouse Committee - Cathy McCartan
Oversee the operation of the pool and Clubhouse.
Swim Team - Beth Roberts
The Stingrays train children 5-15 years old for a summer of swim racing.
Sign up for the swim team in late May. Swim team season is June-July.
Capital Improvements
Plan for major expenses such as clubhouse and park upgrades.
Traffic and Safety
Work with the APD and our hired officers to monitor and maintain safety in Biltmore Park.
