The Board of Directors meets 5 times per year, on the second Thursday of odd months, at the clubhouse. All residents are invited to attend board meetings. Please submit agenda items beforehand, by emailing the president.
The Board of Directors consists of five residents elected to staggered 3-year terms. Elections occur at our annual meeting in November. Any BPA member interested in serving as a director should submit a candidate form and biography to the property manager during September of the election year.
Cathy is a retired software engineer and has been actively involved with our community since she moved here from the Washington DC area in 2004. She is currently serving her 4th term on the Board of Directors; she chairs the Architectural Control Committee, and hosts the annual Gingerbread Decorating party. She enjoys counted cross stitch, baking, and live music (especially Morrissey).

My name is Mallory Fuller. My wife, Anja, and our three daughters have lived in Biltmore Park since 2000, and I have served on the Biltmore Park Architectural Control Committee for 6 years. I work in the Custom Residential Contracting business. My wife walks our dogs every day throughout the neighborhood - you might see her being towed around by them. When not in and around Biltmore Park, you will likely find me at KAVL where I am an avid General Aviation pilot.
